The 'terrible twos' can be a testing, as well as rewarding, time for parents - especially if you have two (or more) children heading towards or in this age category at the same time.
In this Wandsworth Twins Club talk, Chris Alderton and Rose Burton will cover topics such as:
• Managing Behaviour
• Sharing
• Coping with ‘Tantrums’
• Getting out and about with multiples
• Potty training
Chris and Rose set-up Expect the Best, with the aim of supporting parents and helping them to feel confident and secure as they navigate the trials of raising children. Their aim is to always be honest and non-judgmental. They believe that no question is a bad question.
Chris is a Level 3 CACHE. Breast feeding specialist, Maternity Nurse and Sleep training specialist. Rose - a twin herself - is a Norland Nanny, and has a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies.
Both are DBS checked, Ofsted registered and have 20 years’ experience in childcare. In addition, they have both been working with families who have twins/multiples for a number of years.
They have seen it all when it comes to managing two-year-old twins and have lots of tricks up their sleeves to share with you.
The workshop runs for 2 hours including opportunities to ask questions. It is tailored to parents of twins aged 18 months to 3 years-old.
Tickets are £5.00 each and are strictly on a first come first served basis. Concessions are available - please get in contact to discuss.
There will be time for networking with other twin parents at the beginning of the workshop, as well as an opportunity to purchase food and drinks from the bar.
