An informative and motivating talk. Alex will share with you her passion, love of food and enthusiasm for wellbeing.

During the Health talk you will learn:

· The importance of sleep and how to improve your sleep

· How to reduce stress in your life and what foods to eat to support the nervous system

· How to eat a balanced diet and adopt a healthy lifestyle

Alex Gear is a twin mum (former WTC committee member) and a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath and health coach who follows the principles of Functional Medicine.

Her background as a chef and cookery teacher, and knowledge as a nutritional therapist, as well as being a busy mum, make her very much in touch with what people are constantly dealing with.

Alex specialises in gut health, hormone balancing, the management of stress, weight loss and sleep.
