XMAS GNO - Correct menu!

Apologies for the confusion, slight mis-communication somehwere along the way, here is the correct menu for our fabulous Christmas Girl's Night Out ;

STARTER :

Tea-smoked chalk stream trout, hasselback potato, horseradish cream, mandarin vinaigrette

Wild mushroom bubble & squeak, melted Cashel blue cheese, poached egg (v)

Chicken, black pudding & apricot terrine, fried pickles, piccalilli

Roasted pumpkin soup, goat's curd, kale crisps, crostini (v)

MAIN :

Queen scallops, salmon, hake & prawn pie, buttered kale, tenderstem brocoli

Braised beet & carrot, sweetcorn polenta, lemon & celery cress gremolata (v)

Roast turkey ballontine wrapped in bacon, roasted vegetables, duck fat roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, bread sauce

8oz sirloin steak, boulangere potatoes, spinach, mushroom ketchup

DESSERT :

Banana & salted caramel cheescake

Christmas pudding, brandy cream

Sticky toffee pudding

Black Forest trifle
